Fresh Air Club Terms and Conditions
The Fresh Air Club offers three unique plans for home filter delivery every 30,
60, or 90 days. You may choose the plan that offers the best protection for your
family based on your climate zone, health condition/allergies, and other air
quality impact factors (such as pets, smoking, etc).
• Each plan is a One Year Contract that auto-renews at the end of each year.
• A valid credit card must be used to enroll in the service. We accept most
major credit cards through our secure online shopping system. The Fresh Air Club
does NOT accept checks, money orders, or credit cards by mail or fax.
• Customer may change their Service Level or Plan at any time by contacting
Customer Service and selecting a new plan. Changes to a Plan will take 30 days
to take effect and you will charged at your current Plan rate up until the
change goes into effect (should a filter be shipped). We will make every effort
to make your change prior to your next shipment.
• Customer has 30 days (Rescinding Period) from the Initial shipment date
to cancel their service. Cancellation during rescinding period removes customer from auto-ship program and all future renewals. Customers canceling within this timeline will recieve 100% of their purchase price, including shipping as a refund.
• Cancellation of Customer's Monthly Subscription following the 30 day trial period and prior to the completion of the 1 year service agreement will be subject to a cancellation fee equal up to 75% of the value of the remaining deliveries on the subscription plan. This does
not include custom or oversized filters which are subject to
cancellation fee equal up to 90% of the value of the remaining deliveries on the subscription plan. This amount will be charged to the customer's credit card upon cancellation of service.
• Customer’s credit card will be charged upon enrollment for the first scheduled
delivery of their service. On each subsequent order, the same card is charged the Plan Price 1-5 days before the
replacement filter is mailed.
• Customer will be notified via email or phone if card is returned invalid,
expired, or declined for insufficient funds. A $5 Service Reactivation Fee will
be applied to the account for service to be re-instated.
• Cancellation requires written notification 45 days prior to the current
contract end date. You may email your cancellation notice to cancelmyservice@freshairclub.com
• Pricing is subject to change with 45 days notice to the customer sent via
email.
• Customer’s credit cards will be billed as Apex Construction DBA “The Fresh Air
Club”. All Texas orders subject to 8.25% state sales tax. |
